皆さんこんにちは☀️ 芸術とは関係のないことですが、検査を受けるきっかけになればと思いアップしました。
先日大腸内視鏡検査を受けましたところ、腺腫という後に腺癌となるポリープが見つかり切除しました。私の場合、母を大腸癌で亡くしてますので、なんとなく納得できてしまいましたが、あと１年遅かったら違う状況になっていたでしょうし、この検査を受けたタイミング等を考えると、目に見えない何かを感じさせられるのと、母が身をもって教えてくれたのだと思いました。
癌の中でも大腸癌は増加しているみたいですが、早期発見し切除すれば問題ないので、定期的に検査を受けることが重要とのことでした。私は１年に一回健康診断を受けていますが、直近の健康診断では特に問題はありませんでした。私の場合ですが、大腸の一番奥の方に腫瘍があったので、症状が出ないことがあるとのことです。身内に大腸癌の方がいるなど、リスクが高そうな方は、ぜひ一度検査を受けることをおすすめします。
ちなみに私自身苦痛を理由にここまで検査せずにきましたが、実際にやったところ、麻酔をしてくれて苦痛はゼロでしたので、皆さんも安心して検査をして下さい。

I recently had a colonoscopy and found a polyp called an adenoma, which later becomes adenocarcinoma, and had it removed. In my case, my mother died of colon cancer, so I was able to accept it to some extent, but if I had been a year later, the situation would have been different. Considering the timing of the test, I felt something invisible and that my mother was teaching me through her own experience.
It seems that colon cancer is on the rise among cancers, but if it is discovered early and removed, there is no problem, so it is important to get tested regularly. I have a health check once a year, and there were no particular problems in my most recent health check. In my case, I had a tumor at the very back of my colon, so I was told that there are times when symptoms do not appear. If you have a family member with colon cancer, or if you are at high risk, I recommend that you get tested at least once.
By the way, I have not had a test until now because it is painful, but when I actually did it, they gave me anesthesia and it was completely painful, so I hope everyone will feel at ease when getting tested.
